On Friday 12th June, we came together at Hoyle Court for our summer dinner fundraising event. It was a wonderful evening with fun, laughter and music.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended and our wonderful sponsors, we raised over £1,500. Helping us to continue supporting those who need it most within the Bradford Courts.
We were joined by Magistrates, Trustees, Volunteers, solicitors, and their loved ones. It was a brilliant mix of people who helped make the night such a success. Your kindness didn’t go unnoticed, and we’re incredibly grateful.
Roundup of the evening:
- We heard from our former volunteer David Eke, who shared how his time with us helped shape him both personally and professionally.
- We received generous donations from Sisterhood, Bankfoot Autos, Brooks Hair and Beauty, Bradford City Football Club, Frames For Flowers, Napoleons, Aldos and more!
- Our auctioneer for the night was Barrie, who brought great energy and laughter to the room.
- Entertainment was provided by the talented Sarah Widdup, who kept the atmosphere lively throughout the evening.
- Hoyle Court served us a delicious three‑course meal, which was beautifully presented.
We would like to say a huge thank you to our event sponsors: SAK Solicitors, Shaikh Solicitors, and Murrays Solicitors.
The entire event was planned by our dedicated fundraising committee.
A special thank you goes to Beryl Eakin, who led and chaired the committee, we truly couldn’t have done it without her.
